  searching instances of the word “simplify” in watchtower literature, i stumbled across this.. the asiatic mind finds it difficult to accept new ways, to simplify and to make advantageous changes.

  they fear conversion and dislike others’ offering them help.

  many continually live in a realm of unreality and refuse to face modern facts of life.

  i just put on the pro-trump fox news and even they are saying ... oooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.. this is really scary.

  Has any previous president failed his big test as thoroughly as Trump has these past few months?

  He rejected the advice of health experts and pushed for a rapid economic reopening, hoping for a boom leading into the election. He ridiculed and belittled measures that would have helped slow the spread of the coronavirus, including wearing face masks and practicing social distancing, turning what should have been common sense into a front in the culture war. The result has been disaster both epidemiological and economic.

  Trump is like one of those nightmare bosses -- too incompetent to do the job and won't just go away.

  Trump better watch out for what he's asking for. A good portion of his base support is among the older, more Covid-vulnerable demographic, and the virus is running rampant in many of the "red" states.
